Australians are being challenged to prepare all of their own healthy meals during National Nutrition Week (October 12-18).
The week, organised by Nutrition Australia, aims to highlight the importance of a balanced diet for maintaining good health.
This year, the week comes with a challenge to Aussies to prepare every one of their meals for seven days, following the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
