It must be really awful feeling like that all the time. Sometimes when we misinterpret information from around us, it can set off a fight or flight response and make us feel really on edge and paranoid, even though the logical part of our brain knows there is nothing to fear.
Talking through your paranoid with someone (via online chat, on the phone or in person) will be the best way to make a change to how you are feeling.
