first thing I take away from your post is that you are taking care of yourself by taking medication and getting counselling. Do you have an apt with your psychologist soon to discuss today?
second thing is can you share what was your trigger today or is that a trigger in itself to say?
third...I think it’s great you don’t want to let this spiral you into a depressive episode. You have good insight.
