We endeavour to have the posts live on the website as soon as possible, however posts may be edited or not displayed if they contain any of the following:
- Graphic detail about self harm to yourself or others
- Graphic detail about suicide

- Personal contact details
- Conversational style replies that reflect a more “chat room” nature.
Youthbeyondblue retains the right to withhold posting any story or reply which does not fit within the guidelines outlined above or is deemed inappropriate.
It is important to remember that the “Share your story” section is not a counselling or referral service and as such we do not monitor the website 24 hours and provide instant feedback.
