Have your say with the Australian Youth Forum - Ideas board open until December 5
The Australian Youth Forum (AYF) is seeking the opinions of young people to help develop a National Strategy for Young Australians through their ‘National Conversation’.
These discussions will form the basis of the strategy, which will guide the government and other organisations with their work in the area of young people.
The Government’s vision is for all young Australians to grow up safely, healthy, happy and to have the opportunities and skills they need to learn, work, take part in community life and influence decisions that affect them.
Until December 5, you can visit the AYF website www.youth.gov.au/ayf and take part in the National Conversation. Any ideas about how to improve life for young people aged 12-25 are welcome.
Visit the Ideas Board where you can tell the government what is important to you as a young person, what you think the government can do in this area, as well as voting on other peoples’ ideas!
There is also information and other opportunities to participate on the AYF website at www.youth.gov.au/ayf/
